Refer a landlord to us and when they sign up for property management, they’ll get £100 off their first month’s fee and you’ll get £75 as a thank you.
Who Can Take Part?
Anyone can refer a landlord! Referrals can be for new landlords looking for their first management partner or returning landlords seeking a fresh start. The only condition is that the landlord you refer isn't someone we currently manage.

What Counts as a Successful Referral?
A referral becomes successful and valid when two key conditions are met:
- The landlord you've referred signs a property management agreement with our company.
- The management service has officially commenced (for managed takeovers), or the new tenant has successfully moved into the property (for new listings).
Your Reward
We believe in a win-win situation! Here's what you and the referred landlord will receive:
- For the Referred Landlord: They will receive £100 off their first month's management fee. A fantastic start to their journey with us!
- For You: You'll receive £75 as a thank you from us for your valuable referral.
When You'll Get Paid
Referral fees are paid promptly once the conditions for a successful referral are met. This means after the management contract officially starts (for takeovers) or once the tenant moves in (for new listings).

- Referral fees are only paid once all the above conditions are fully met.
- Our company reserves the right to withhold referral fees if the conditions aren't fulfilled or if the referral information provided is incomplete.
